These terms govern your use of MotorPur — Nepal's dealer-verified motorcycle marketplace — whether you are browsing vehicles, placing bids, booking rentals, or running a dealer store with us.
The marketplace
MotorPur connects buyers with verified dealers. Vehicles, prices, availability and paperwork are provided by the listing dealer; we verify dealer identity but every purchase or rental agreement is ultimately between you and the dealer.
Bids and rentals
A bid is an offer, not a purchase — the dealer confirms or counters it from their dashboard. Rental bookings are confirmed by the dealer and paid as agreed with them. Always confirm papers, ownership transfer and condition before paying.
Accounts
Keep your login details safe and your contact information accurate so dealers can reach you about bids and bookings. One account per person; we may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud or abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not post false information, scrape the site aggressively, interfere with other users, or use MotorPur for anything unlawful. Dealer content must be honest and must not misrepresent a vehicle.
Liability
We work hard to keep listings accurate and the platform running, but MotorPur is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for deals between users and dealers or for losses from using the platform.
